Kingfield Pilates classes feature a unique mix that is hard to find elsewhere—technically spot-on Pilates instruction (rooted in Balanced Body) that also incorporates a healthy dose of fun, a bit more cardio than typically associated with Pilates, along with a subtle way of connecting movements together that comes from Colleen's dance background.

IN-PERSON PILATES sessions
The majority of Colleen’s teaching is in the form of private sessions and duets. The best way to get started is to simply reach out to the studio to arrange an initial session, whether you want privates, or duets with a friend or family member, or are hoping to be matched up with another student for duets (in-person sessions of three students will return once the pandemic has further abated).
As Colleen is our sole teacher, her schedule stays largely full, but we encourage you to reach out as we are typically able to find openings that work for your schedule and Colleen’s. This model may be less convenient than a traditional studio, but the quality of instruction is worth it.
We also offer online classes, as described below, and many clients who see Colleen on a weekly basis, couple the in-person sessions with our very affordable online classes, as well as working with the video library.
All sessions are tailored to the needs and preferences of our clients and make use of a range of Balanced Body Pilates equipment: Reformer, Springboard wall unit and EXO Chair with slastics, Ark Barrel and Barre, mats, rollers, physio balls and lots of other helpful props.
ONLINE Classes and Videos
Colleen teaches a series of popular online classes. The classes will move at a quick clip and include mat Pilates, Barre, and low impact cardio boosts. She is currently teaching 30-minute versions of the class on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 45-minute version on Saturdays. The classes are a great complement to in-person work with Colleen or can serve as a regular practice all on their own.
You can sign up for classes using the scheduling system below. The system will offer the option of creating an account, which will speed up future class sign up.
